Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that consists of five easy-to-learn exercises and study to improve one’s character.  The practice is guided by the principles of Truthfulness (真), Compassion (善), and Forbearance (忍). What: Falun Gong Exercises and Meditation

Where: Talley Day Park, 1308 Foulk Road Wilmington, DE 19810 (the green on the athletic field off of Foulk Road, next to the Brandywine Hundred Library).

When: Sundays from 3:00pm – 5:00pm during the month of May (5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29). All Falun Gong activities are free and open to the public. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or something else to sit and stand on.
